The Cord Basket

This Saturday I went to a 4 hours workshop in my hometown. I went with my mother and we learned the basics to weave a basket.

This is my mum and I starting the basket.

It was a circular basket, it is called circular for the form of the bottom, and is the easiest one to make. You can make many different kind of baskets but the basics are the same, next time I'll try a different one.

The girl at the right is the teacher and as you can see all the baskets end up in a different shape.

 And that's the result, I'm really proud of it!
